| I obtained Blush in 1992. She was added to our
broodmare band in 1993 and had her first foal the following year. She
consistently blessed us with beautiful foals. She is an easy breeder,
settling every year bred. To my knowledge she is one of only a few roan
Kigers. From a distance she looks like all our other dun Kigers. Up close
you can tell she is a roan. She has all the dun factor markings as do
her foals. Blush is very easy to handle for grooming and veterinary care.
When I purchased her I was told she was green broke. I have never put
her under saddle as she was intended to be a broodmare. However I believe
it wouldn't take much handling to get her trail worthy. |
